My returning guests love how close we are to the city, yet you'll feel you’ve escaped it. You can get to the airport quickly, and directly access native bush walks. Our unique village hosts Wellington's best bakery and Chocolatier! Grab a bite and a beverage here or jump on a bus heading into the city.

Self contained small private studio for singles or couples. Views overlooking Island Bay valley. Five minute walk downhill to the shops, cafes and a cinema nearby. A regular bus service to city and a 10 minute drive to the airport. Comfortable double bed, sink bench, microwave, bench oven, fridge, Nespresso machine, smart TV with Netflix and free WiFi. Outside areas to sit and relax. On street parking. This space is ideal for guests who prefer well-planned compact living. Hosts live upstairs.

One of Wellington's most photographed buildings. Secure keypad entry provides 24/7 access to your private space. You will be occupying the entire top floor, take the stairs or the lift that opens into the 80 square metre apartment. Two minutes walk to Courtenay Place, Te Papa, Tākina Conference Centre and the waterfront, it's perfectly placed for exploring Wellington on foot. After dark the entertainment quarter and some of Wellingtons best restaurants are at your doorstep.

Guest Suite in Brooklyn

A self contained studio room on the bottom floor of our home with a private entrance and self checkin Off road parking is available. We do not have full cooking facilities but offer tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave, toaster, and fridge and provide a continental style breakfast. The studio is close to the city centre and on a direct bus route. Brooklyn Village is home to restaurants. cafes, a cinema, fast food outlets and a well stocked mini market.

"Newtown Oasis" Self contained + breakfast

Our BnB is homely, a little quirky & best suited to those who travel relatively light. Self service breakfast is included. There are 2 spaces (bedroom ± separate kitchen/bathroom) a few steps apart & linked by a covered walkway. The cosy bedroom has a queen size bed, desk for work or eating, good WiFi & comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking & the bathroom has a great shower. The nook outside the bedroom is perfect for a morning coffee.

The Apartment is fully self-contained and there is a lockbox for independent access if required. Detailed cleaning and disinfecting process observed. Your own private, quiet, spacious, warm, and sunny apartment.Generous provisions provided: bread, butter, jams, yogurt, milk, biscuits, fresh fruit, chocolate, tea coffee, and muesli. This modern studio apartment offers outstanding quality, privacy, and all-day sun with a private deck in a quiet location. The studio is a 5-minute drive from the airport, a 6-minute walk to the Strathmore shops, restaurants, cafes, and laundromat, and a 10-minute walk to Seatoun Beach. We take pride in cleaning the studio to a very high standard between stays.

Private with own entrance up one flight of stairs. Perfect for one person or couple. Minimum stay 2 nights. No offstreet parking. Not suitable for children.
