The apartment is environmentally friendly with electricity and hot water provided by solar panels. The heating is provided by a dual waste oil and wood pellet boiler. This house is in a gorgeous but residential area. Thus we must adhere to the rules, midweek no loud music after 11pm. Weekends its midnight.
