Annandale Beach House the perfect stay in the Bay

Annandale Beach is a 1 minute easy walk to the beach. The home and large deck have expansive views of the Bay of Islands . You will love lazing about on the large deck, gazing out at the incredible view. You’ll love our place not only because of the fantastic views, but also proximity to Paihia, Russell and the Waitangi Treaty Grounds. It is perfectly located for all the Bay has to offer. We welcome couples and small groups. We are an easy flat walk to Paihia village and the Tourist ferries.

Totara House

Totara House is located in attractive and peaceful surroundings and is walking distance to Kerikeri, Stone Store and Rainbow Falls. The location makes it the perfect base to explore some of the amazing beaches, walks and activities in the Bay of Islands and further North. In Kerikeri check out the local Saturday market or buy wine, fruit, cheese and chocolate from local producers around Kerikeri. Kerikeri town centre is 5 minutes away by car and has supermarkets, post office all you need.

Riverfront home and cottage with spa and stage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Two complete houses on two sections bordering each other, overlooking the beautiful vista that is our river. Boat ramp nearby, large spa pool on expansive deck, both properties fenced and a gate adjoining the two, tiny northland town, house one sleeps four and house two sleeps 10. Full wooden cot and baby bath provided, fibre unlimited internet in both houses, and lovely grassed area as well. Ducks and chickens your hosts.

The Top House, so named because of its location, with 270 degree views, has unrivalled privacy, and it's own helipad. This recently renovated 3 bedroom house is located on 330 acres of private farmland. The house has been finished to a high standard, with excellent amenities, including hot tub with amazing views, outdoor dining and lounge spaces on 360 degree decks, WiFi, two TVs, heaps of parking, modern kitchen and luxury bathrooms, and comfortable stylish furniture throughout.

Wharau Lodge

Wharau Lodge is a privately owned 2 bedroom home which is available to be used as an idyllic holiday retreat offering panoramic views over the Bay of Islands. If we do not have people staying before or after you we offer flexible check in and check out. We charge a $85 cleaning fee. Also there is an optional $55 charge if you would like us to have the Hot Tub ready to use.
