The Barnhouse Loft offers a very unique opportunity to enjoy Niagara Wine Country in full privacy and great comfort. You will be treated to a delicious full hot breakfast every morning and have exclusive use of the entire apartment. We are located right on the Niagara Escarpment, halfway between the majestic Niagara Falls and historic Niagara On The Lake. ***NOTES: - we are unable to accommodate any pets or service animals due to serious allergies in the family. Dock your boat & relax in a spacious escape, tucked down a private drive, in a separate suite of our family house. Only a short drive to Niagara Falls, Beaver Island Beach or State Park, our retreat is steps from the Niagara River & bike path. Contact host for docking arrangements or just enjoy watching the boats glide into the marina or take a stroll to the pier. You will have plenty of space to yourself & find the break you deserve. Our cozy little getaway

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The house was built in the 1930s. I have renovated this old girl top to bottom including all the infrastructure. Brand new electrical and plumbing as well as HVAC systems thru-out. The ABB has its own water heater for convenience and piece of mind. Upgraded filtration on the furnace and added a UV lamp for removal of alergioents. Water filtration and water softener are also a part of the plumbing system. I hope your stay will be enjoyable! :)
