Cozy Cape Escape - Walk to Downtown Mystic

Just over half a mile to Downtown Mystic, we are close to the action but far enough away to avoid the noise and traffic. We are pet friendly, offer private parking, and a large fenced in yard. Whether you want to explore what this area has to offer or simply stay home, sit back, and listen to the birds, this place has it all! Fully furnished with towels, linens, WiFi, cookware, and access to Netflix and a PlayStation 4. The hosts are local and are happy to provide assistance or suggestions.

This is a 1,400 sq ft private in-law apartment with your own locked entrance completely separate from the house. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with new queen beds and a full bath. The 2nd floor has a full kitchen, pull out couch, full bath and room for an inflatable bed. Child and dog friendly with pack n play and water bowls on hand. 3 bedroom house on a quiet street. 5mins down the road from ESPN and Lake Compounce. Kid friendly. Pet friendly. Workspace available. 1 bedroom w/ king bed. 1 bedroom w/ queen bed. 1 bedroom w/ 2 twin beds. Fully finished basement with 60inch TV, kids toys and fitness equipment/stationary bike. Deck and below deck hang out space. Though we aren’t living here full time, it’s still the place we call home, and we will use it when it’s not booked. Long stays welcome.
