A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

Der großzügige Balkon ist auf das Meer ausgerichtet und hat (fast) den ganzen Tag Sonne. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn.

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it. Our house is located in the old town on the Promenade des Anglais facing the sea. In the living room or on the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful sea view. The house has 6 rooms ( 1 single, 3 doubles, 1 triple (1 double bed and 1 single bed) and 1 room with bunkbed for 2 persons and a baby bed, 3 bathrooms, a dining living room with seaview, a balcony with seaview, a terrace and a fully equipped kitchen.

Magnificent apartment on the Promenade des Anglais. The apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator and has a superb view of the entire bay of Nice. 8 min from the city center by Tram 2. Direct access from the airport by Tram 2, 15min. PARKING possible with supplement. Arrival time 3pm-6pm (supplement 30€ for late arrivals). Departure time before 11am.
