It is located within 10-15 mins walking distance from the “golden square” and the city centre, and away from large crowds and night time noise. Across the street there are numerous paid and free beaches. There is a supermarket just behind (open 7 days), bakery, pharmacy and many restaurants within a walking distance. Behind the building there is a tram stop which takes to the city centre (5 min) and the airport (15 mins).

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it. This apartment should enchant you: - located in the port with sea view / close to old Nice - quiet (top floor) - connection "Airport <-> Port-Lympia" in 30 min by Tram - super U (-> 9 p.m.)/ greengrocer/ pharmacy/ bakery (50 m) - bus No 100 for Monaco (5 min walk) - Nice-Riquier station (15 min walk) - the apartment also overlooks the Lympia Gallery, which, being a museum, does not pose any problem - no road nuisance
