Minutes from pristine beaches of the Emerald Coast and a community pool, this condo is perfect for a family vacation! Our prime location is nearby shopping at Silver Sand Outlets, grocery store, and dinning. After a day full of fun activities enjoy cooking dinner in the condo's fully equipped kitchen and refresh every night in the comfortable king bed , while the kids relax in the bunk beds. Plenty parking.

Our ocean view studio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the bay area is inside the Sandestin Resort on the 9th floor with a balcony. It is right by the Sandestin beach, recently updated and refurbished. Waterfall pool, heated jacuzzi and gym in the building. * Exterior building upgrades: Work on this stack of the building has been completed as of July 15 2025. Other parts of the building are still being worked on with minimal to no impact on this unit, the balcony use or the view.

All essential amenities are provided. HOA does not allow any RV, ATV, golf cart, jet skis and trailer hitches in the parking lot.
