Our "Quirky" Cottage is just that!! If you want to experience "old Florida" come and stay with us in our quirky cottage nestled in old oak trees! It was originally built in 1960 as a camping cabin, it came in a box as a do it yourself kit! There are a few left around town - really unique and private space! Located just 5-10 minutes from the Okaloosa Island beaches and everything downtown Fort Walton Beach has to offer and just 15 minutes to Destin. (all depending on traffic!)

-Please read resort's pet and age restrictions in house rules before booking- An efficient, pet friendly studio in the perfect spot to enjoy all Destin has to offer. Located in the Sand Piper Cove Resort, you're provided a range of useful amenities. Including a private beach(5min walk, parking also available) with rental service, fine dining, beach bar/grill, free Par 3 golf course, boat launch/slips, multiple pools/hot tub, tennis courts and shuffle board all located on site.

Spacious, Cozy and Private

My wife and I own and live in the house, but the portion of the house we are using as Airbnb has a private house entrance, bedroom, bathroom, and living room area. As well as the use of a washing machine and dryer. We are 2 minutes from WalMart, 15 minutes from Okaloosa Island beaches, and 20 minutes from Destin. We have a coffee machine, microwave, propane grill, and mini fridge set up. We allow pets at a $50 additional charge and have a large fenced in back yard for them.

Beautiful 1100 Sqft 2-bedroom guest house originally intended as Mother-in-law quarters. The all-brick home is conveniently located in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. It is a 10-Minute drive to either Eglin Air Force Base or Hurlburt Field--and you can be at the beach in less than 10 minutes! Destin is only a 15-minute drive! Publix Grocery Store/Pharmacy is 1-mile away, and our local Walmart for any extras that you might need is only 2 miles from the property.
