Welcome to The Triple T Guest Studio; a 450sqft quaint space, complete with a kitchenette (no stove but we do have a BBQ, griddle, toaster oven, air fryer & microwave for you to make meals), bathroom (no bathtub), plenty of parking and a private fenced/outdoor area. The studio is in the basement of our home.
We are just over an hour from the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Truist Park & Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International airport. Under a half hour from the University of Georgia.

The room is main floor guest bedroom with a view of the woods and creek. The house itself is a cozy open plan with a screened-in porch; often deer are spotted in the back yard. Our place is located in west Athens just outside the perimeter making it super easy to get anywhere in town. About 13 minutes to downtown and/or UGA stadium.
