Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio tranquillo, che si trova a 200 metri da Spiaggia di Santa Maria.Le Villettine le Marie offrono alloggi con balcone, parcheggio privato. Sono climatizzati, con bagno privato, TV a schermo piatto, cucina e doppie terrazze. Sono presenti nelle vicinanze Bar e servizi per turisti, a pochi chilometri dal Santuario di Santa Maria dell'Isola di Tropea. Con giardino tranquillo privato e solarium su terrazzo al piano primo con una splendida vista mare.

Tropea - appartamento sul mare nel Centro storico

Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

Superb location in the charming “centro storico”of Tropea on top of the cliff overlooking breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian sea and the iconic church of Santa Maria del isola and Tropea beaches as well as the Aeolian islands. The apartment was recently renovated and takes place in a 16th century ex-monastery. It has 3 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining space area. Roof top terrace features outdoor shower with beautiful tiles, bbq and lounge area.

A 20 dal mare, antica villa immersa in uno splendido parco, intero appartamento. Luminosissimo, arredato con cura e ogni comfort, stanze molto grandi e luminose, soffitti altissimi. Boutique flat on the 'coast of the gods' in Parghelia/Tropea in Calabria. Refurbished and renewed in 2020. Max. 4 pers. Sit on our balcony and enjoy the sunset over the sea, then walk to the historical centre in 2 minutes for shops, restaurants and bars. No car necessary! The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.

Rooftop terrace with sea view in Pizzo old town

The apartment is located in the old town 1 minute walk from the heart of Pizzo (and Piazzan) and a further short walk you are down at Pizzo Marina where the sea meets Café, Restaurants, bars and Pizzo local beach. The apartment is renovated few years ago in an old building with a nice rooftop terrace and 2 balconies. You can enjoy outdoor life both during the day and evening. The master bedroom facing the ocean and you find a good kitchen and living area with view.
