Overnight at our quaint accommodation with its own private entrance in Graaff-Reinet. Close to restaurants and a grocery store in a quiet part of town. Complete with little touches to make your stay feel like home. We provide handmade soap, homemade rusks, tea and coffee (even sherry!). Relax on the stoep which is parallel to the secure, and private, behind-a-gate parking (with space for a trailer too) right at the stairs of the stoep of your accommodation. *Kindly note, there isn't a TV*

This unique house has recently been renovated and now boasts 3 en suite rooms. With beautiful wooden floors throughout the house it is very cosy. There is air conditioning in every room which is essential in the Graaff-Reinet summer. We also have hot blankets on the beds to make you comfortable during the cold winters. There are re charable lights throughout the house to beat loadshedding blues. We use a self checck in. Bring the whole family to this beautiful home with lots of room for fun!

Our recently restored farm cottage makes for an idyllic getaway for friends and family alike. As it's situated on a working farm, the sights and sounds of this life won't be far from your doorstep. This picturesque farm appeals to the adventurous spirit as there are endless opportunities for hiking, cycling and general exploration! The Gats River meanders through our breathtaking kloof, where rock pools make for a fun dip once the rains have come. It's a nature-lover's paradise!

Cottage@Die Waenhuis - Hudson Street

This rustic and romantic cottage is situated adjacent die Waenhuis restaurant, in the heart of Nieu-Bethesda. Surrounded by beautiful views, guests can access a variety of walks, Restaurants, shops and the Owl House from here. Our cottage boasts a typical Karoo style open-plan kitchen, Dover stove, living room, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, main bedroom with double bed, spare room with two single beds. Entertainment patio overlooking the courtyard and garden.

Playwright's House, Nieu-Bethesda

This unpretentious, rustic and secluded Karoo home is where internationally acclaimed playwright and writer Athol Fugard wrote between 1990 and 2017. It's on the peaceful northeastern corner of our quaint village. Crystal-clear Karoo air, intense night skies, crackling winter fires, tranquillity. The cottage draws travellers, explorers, friends & families seeking connection; and it's an inspiring creative space.

This historic townhouse is within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. The private courtyard is ideal for a braai (barbecue), or a quiet coffee. The house is child-friendly, and pets are welcome too. A gun-safe is provided, ideal for hunters. The stove is gas, so cooking during load-shedding is never a problem! As with many Graaff-Reinet houses, there is ONLY ON-STREET PARKING. There is also no TV.

Daisy Cottage

The lovely cottage has 3 rooms with queen or king-size or double bed and share a shower-only or full bathroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher, while the dining area has a cosy fireplace. A TV with a DVD player is available and the lounge opens onto a patio.

The Loft House

The Loft House is a converted former barn with a king/twin bedroom upstairs accessed via a wooden staircase, en suite bathroom and views over the private garden. Ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and sitting room with French doors to the garden.

Hoopoe Cottage

This cottage has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, stove, fridge, microwave and kettle. The open-plan living area and outdoor space are perfect for relaxing.
