Wolvekloof Karoo at Modderfontein offers a secluded farm stay in the heart of the Karoo, featuring elegant game farm accommodation and serene remoteness. Located 50km north east of Graaff Reinet on the Erasmus kloof road. The farm invites exploration, with MTB trails, hiking and trail running routes winding through the vast terrain. There is DSTV, Free WiFi, air conditioning, braai facilities and secure off street parking behind a remote controlled gate. Cottage is not rented out per room, which means complete privacy for our guests. It is perfectly positioned and within walking distance of all the major restaurants, shops and places of Interest.

De Kothuize 10 Self-catering Cottage

This, one of the most charming and historically significant of the cottages in Graaff-Reinet’s picturesque Parsonage Street, offers three bedrooms all with double beds, all en-suite – one with a shower, and two with small bath/combined shower arrangements. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, a separate dining room and a sitting room. Externally, there is a paved entertainment facility, with a table and chairs, leading through to a swimming pool in an adjoining separate walled area.

Our cottage boasts a typical Karoo style open-plan kitchen, Dover stove, living room, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, main bedroom with double bed, spare room with two single beds. Entertainment patio overlooking the courtyard and garden.

Charming Heritage Cottage

This historic townhouse is within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. The private courtyard is ideal for a braai (barbecue), or a quiet coffee. The house is child-friendly, and pets are welcome too. A gun-safe is provided, ideal for hunters. The stove is gas, so cooking during load-shedding is never a problem! As with many Graaff-Reinet houses, there is ONLY ON-STREET PARKING. There is also no TV.
