A little about this property... This property is a ground floor studio flat.It's based in the village and is close to the shops, super markets and about 300 meters from the beautiful beach area.It's very quiet and the building is cool.Το σπιτι ειναι μια γκαρσονιερα ημιυπογειο.Ειναι δροσερο και φωτεινο. Δεν εχει μπαλκονι εχει ομως στην πισω αυλη τραπεζακι για τους επισκεπτες. Τα σουπερ μαρκετ ειναι πολυ κοντα περιπου πεντε λεπτα με τα ποδια.Η παραλια ειναι δεκα λεπτα με τα ποδια απο το σπιτι.....

Old, typical Greek house

The homely, Greek-style apartment, comprises of a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, a 3-bedded bedroom divided by a curtain from the sitting room where there is a bed settee. There is a woodburner in the sitting room. The shower room/wc is off the kitchen. There is a pretty garden, for sole use of guests, where it is nice to eat andenjoy breakfast in your own small olive grove! I have a courtyard at the side of the house where I keep three friendly dogs. There are cats around.

Beautiful, brand-new apartment in Neos Marmaras of Chalkidiki. Located 50 meters from the main beach of the village and 50 meters from the center of the village by foot. The apartment is on the ground floor where there is also a BBQ that everyone can use. It can accommodate until 4 people. There is a double bed and a sofa bed that turns in to a double bed. There is also kitchen that people can use for their meals.
