The house facilities and its location make it appropriate for long-term relaxing & refreshing vacation and for short trips across Chalkidiki!

Kipseli Residence

A unique residence in Nikiti, the capital of Sithonia. It has direct access to the sea and the main road, is located very close to the wonderful traditional settlement of Nikiti and provides private parking in a 1000 square meter garden, exclusively for guests. Fast internet up to 300 Mbps for professional use. The shape and the name Kypseli means the home of bees and comes from a 6-generation family tradition of beekeepers and olive oil producers.
