The kitchen along with the living room, a bedroom and a bathroom can be found on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for everyday meals and drinks. On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.

It only takes a 2-10min walk to town's amenities for recreation & everyday needs and it’s only 250m away from the beach. The house facilities and its location make it appropriate for long-term relaxing & refreshing vacation and for short trips across Chalkidiki!

Kipseli Residence

A unique residence in Nikiti, the capital of Sithonia. It has direct access to the sea and the main road, is located very close to the wonderful traditional settlement of Nikiti and provides private parking in a 1000 square meter garden, exclusively for guests. Fast internet up to 300 Mbps for professional use. The shape and the name Kypseli means the home of bees and comes from a 6-generation family tradition of beekeepers and olive oil producers.
