Diōni by the Beach

Diōni is a brand-new, stylish seafront home that blends modern minimalism with natural beauty. Just steps from the beach and a short walk to the center, restaurants, and mini markets — yet peacefully tucked away. The glass doors feature both curtains and shutters for your comfort and privacy. There is also a small storage room with a hanging rail and a shelf, ideal for keeping your clothes organized during your stay. Designed for those who seek calm, comfort, and effortless elegance by the sea.

Beach Side Apartment

A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, close to the beach. It has a full kitchen including full oven, fridge freezer, air fryer, microwave and coffee machine, and free wifi. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, double bed and a partial sea view. The second bedroom has two single beds and a fully fitted wardrobe and a safe. The sofa expands into a spacious sofa-bed so a 5th person can sleep comfortably. All rooms have air conditioning, and we also provide a hair dryer and washing machine.

Ostria View

Ostria View is located right next to the beach. It has air condition, WiFi, all rooms have sea-view, dining room, sitting room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven,fridge,dish-wather, microwave, boiler, toaster, coffee mashine). It has also got a private roof terrace, nearly the size of the apartment, with access only for the residents , with full view of the sea and of Nisyrosisland. Ideal for families or parties up to six persons. It is located in one of the best areas of Kardamena village.

Anemos Apartment

Άνετο διώροφο διαμέρισμα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, δύο υπνοδωμάτια, ευρύχωρο μπάνιο, μικρό δέυτερο wc, εσωτερική σκάλα και δύο ιδιωτικά μπαλκόνια που προσφέρουν θέα προς τη θάλασσα. Aegean Studios are located in the beautiful village of Kefalos, at Kamari. They run by a local family. Each studio has three open plan levels with the kitchen and toilet/shower room at the bottom, sitting area at the middle and bedroom at the top level. A balcony with a big garden table and chairs. They are surrounded by vine trees, fruit trees and a vegetable garden. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and only 5 min walk from the sea, shops and restaurants.

Noa Beachfront Penthouse

Located directly on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Kos island, in Kardamena, this newly built suite (28 sqm) is located o the top floor of a beachfront property and it has one big panoramic sea view balcony (60 sqm).
