The Historic East Nashville Birdhouse

Pick out a record to play on the turntable at this 1921 vintage Victorian house. Step back in time in a renovated space filled with art, instruments, and pieces from far away places contrasted with modern appliances and eclectic furniture. Here is a 3D scan link of our Birdhouse: https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=sGqo3bCdNRn Our sleeping arrangements goes as follows: 1 queen bed in the master bedroom (sleeps 2) 1 full bed in the 2nd bedroom (sleeps 2) 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom (sleeps 1 each) 2 twin-size couches in the living room (sleeps 1 each) There is so much history, color and life that you can feel in this sacred space. After 15 years of working as a singer/songwriter and touring/recording musician, this home was the greatest and most beloved milestone of my young career. I spent my most inspiring creative musical hours here, along with warm sparkling spiced christmas parties and music jams with close friends. It began to feel like a gorgeous and grainy, old wooden instrument. Absorbing and resonating all the sweet sounds from almost 100 years past. I stayed true to the quirky squeak and creak- personality of this "old timer-charm" home, as a friend of mine would say. I hope with all my heart you enjoy it as well, like your favorite pair of beautifully weathered blue jeans. With all the new neighbors rushing into this newly booming area, the off street parking is becoming quite the luxury as well. Plug in and try out the instruments on the walls, if you're feeling inspired or even just curious. Walk to all the wonderful new foodie-approved joints close by. Give my sweet neighbors a wave on your way. They're all pretty amazing. Enjoy!. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The full house. You can always call or text us with any questions. This beloved house is located in East Nashville. The area is quiet and still boasts access to downtown just a short six-minute drive away. Venture down and discover iconic bars, restaurants, and music spots. The house is a 10 minute walk away from a bicycle rental. If you'd like to spend more time in our beloved home, we offer late checkout and early check-in for an extra fee. East Nashville Cozy Cottage

My place is with in walking distance to many restaurants, Cafe Roze, 5 Daughters Bakery, Ugly Mugs, Two Ten Jack (Ramen & Sushi). Jeni's Ice Cream. Nice quiet walking neighborhood, comfy beds, and cozy. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets) under 15 lbs. Easy access from parking area, via back deck, 3 steps up with hand rail - front door is also accessible, but does not have self entry.

Beautiful two bedroom, two bath art filled historic bunaglow. Roomy front porch plus large screened in back porch. Walking distance to downtown, FIve Points activities, grocery, bars, and restaurants. PLEASE NOTE: House rules must be read and agreed to before booking. Owners live in a totally separate space in the back of the property who are available but are very respectful of your privacy. The house is not appropriate for children.
