Soak up the Calm at an East Nashville Colby Guest House

Head to Downtown Broadway for a lively night in the city's famous honky tonks from an expansive escape in East Nashville. The tranquillity of Shelby Park is a short drive or ride away from this airy oasis close to downtown and Five Points. Walk up into a modern, spacious cottage with private bedroom. The kitchen includes a full sized refrigerator, microwave, range, toaster and complete set of kitchenware. Coffee, tea assorted snack bars, filtered water and water bottles are complimentary. Guests can play games, eat or work at the extendable dining table and relax while enjoying cable tv on the new sofa that extends into a full bed. A private bedroom features a queen bed, reading lamps and closet with iron, fan and extra pillows and linens. The bathroom has soft, fluffy towels, a large shower and sizable vanity. There are several areas to store luggage, etc. and a washer and dryer tucked away in a closet for your use if needed. There is a large parking spot right next to the private entrance. Climb one flight of stairs to access the entire second floor over our garage. Additional free parking is available on the street. We live in the house across the yard so are here to help if you need anything. Edgefield is one of the closest areas to downtown, but it also has a life of its own. There are music venues within a few blocks and this quiet, historic spot is home to many restaurants, cafes, bars, and a brewery within easy reach of the property. Walking to nearby destinations gives you a chance to view the architecture, landscape and interact with great people. Bikes can be reserved at East Park Community Center and scooters are available to rent all around the neighborhood. Uber and Lyft drivers arrive within minutes. Short Term Rental Permit 2019003480

Welcome to my cozy hangout. This south-facing home catches the sun all day and is bright and airy. The kitchen is recently remodeled with stone countertops and all the appliances and cookware you need. The bathroom has also been renovated and has a powerful shower. Nashville airport is only 9 miles from here. Beautiful two bedroom, two bath art filled historic bunaglow. Roomy front porch plus large screened in back porch. Walking distance to downtown, FIve Points activities, grocery, bars, and restaurants. PLEASE NOTE: House rules must be read and agreed to before booking. Owners live in a totally separate space in the back of the property who are available but are very respectful of your privacy. The house is not appropriate for children.
