Villa Niki is a newly built, 240m2 spacious stone villa with a salt water pool and hot tub overlooking the 120+ year old olive orchard. It faces west so you can enjoy sunsets and a fantastic view of the sea sitting in over 200m2 of outside sitting space with a yard over 800m2. Lavanda Holiday House is ideal for families with children. It is located near the beach (150 m). A shop, bakery, fruit shop, pharmacy and post office are a 6–7 minute walk away. The house is well equipped in shabby chic style and offers an outdoor dining area and a stone barbecue. One parking space is included (a second is available at extra cost). As the house has two floors, care is needed with children under 2. The island has flights from Germany, England, Poland, Sweden and Switzerland.
