This apartment is located in a charming village Njivice in a beautiful Boka bay, only few kilometres from town of Herceg Novi. It takes a couple of minutes drive or boat ride to reach town center with all the shops, cozy cafes, restaurants and a long promenade by the beach. Two inernational airports are both located only 25 km away ( Dubrovnik in Croatia, and Tivat in Montenegro). UNESCO sites ( Kotor old town, Perast and the islands, as well as Dubrovnik) can be reached by car less then an hour

This authentic apartment in a 19th century building, has both an aura of ancient Herceg Novi and modern amenities. It is very quiet, despite being situated in the heart of the town. Just a minute from the main square, popular cafes, shops, bars and art galleries. Comfortable bed and picturesque views from every window. Beaches, Skver and the promenade are in 6 minute walk, main bus stop is in 5 minute walk. The apartment is warm and sunny, so you can enjoy Herceg Novi even in winter time.

15th century Ottoman house

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

Seaside Escape & Private Beach, Herceg Novi

Njivice Coastal Oasis This one-bedroom apartment is located on middle floor and offer one bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom and a spacious kitchen with living room. It is comfortable for up to 3 persons, mainly parents with one child (there is a double bed + sofa bed). The balcony offers amazing views of the whole bay and the property owns a private beach with sunbeds hidden down the multiple stairs to the coastline. The stairs will be a little challenge but we promise it is worth it!

This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it. As I graduated in painting I tried to apply my affinity for visual art in arranging this space.
