Ingresso con zona giorno, angolo cottura e piccolo bagno. Al primo piano ampia camera da letto matrimoniale, guardaroba e bagno. Piccolo appartamento confortevole immerso nel verde con ingresso indipendente e giardino condiviso con gli host. Si tratta di un bilocale con parcheggio privato, cucina attrezzata con fornello a induzione.
