A Taste of Farm Life

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Our two-bedroom two bath home located in the country, surrounded by farm fields, barns and cow pasture. Great for vacations! Just an hour from the World's most beautiful beaches, 6 miles south of Graceville, FL, and 7 miles north of Chipley, Fl. There are two queen beds, and a pack-n-play. There is a highchair, children's table and chairs, dining table, bar, bar stools, couch, and loveseat. Washer and dryer provided. No pets or smoking.

Guesthouse & Pool

This family friendly home is less than 2 miles from Walmart and restaurants. Wifi, Netflix, Starz, Prime video are included with your stay. There is one queen bed, one full bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, & a twin. All of which can accommodate a total of 7 guests. Chipley is located off I-10. It is a 55-minute drive to the beach and a 45-minute drive to Dothan, AL. Falling Waters State Park is 3 miles away. Caverns park 15 miles. No pets & no smoking allowed. Home is sanitized between guests.

Cozy Charming Cottage Ranch Home

This charming 3 BR, 2 full bath with private fenced yard is perfect for a family. It is cozy and stylish so you feel right at home. This home has a king bed in the master bedroom and the other 2 rooms have comfortable queen sized mattresses. The kitchen is fully loaded ready for you to enjoy cooking at your leisure. Our coffee bar is has a Cuisinart coffee maker duo for 12-cup carafe or single k-cup. Our guests are welcome to enjoy all the different types of coffees and teas our bar provides.

Also, the cottage is only a few miles from the Florida line and the Georgia line if you’re going there for something fun! WiFi is fast so working from the cottage is easy as well!

Windmill Way is inviting with farmhouse decor, soft lighting, comfortable furniture and new appliances to make the space feel like a true home. It's the kind of place where you can just relax, read a book or sit on the porch and enjoy the view.

Claire’s Cottage with privacy gate

Everything you need in a quaint, modern space located on 7 secluded acres with a privacy gate only minutes from the Ross Clark Circle and downtown, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with YouTube TV subscription included (over 70 channels), brand new fridge, spacious rooms. Washer and dryer available. We allow pets on a case by case basis and charge a one time $10 fee per pet upon guests arrival. We also offer EV level 2 charging (40 amp) for a flat $10 fee.

Come relax with your family to this city of two rivers where dwells Alabama's oldest and largest live oak tree. Called the Constitution Oak, it is said to be over 300 years old and was alive at the signing of our nation's constitution. Situated in the midst of Geneva, and only 70 miles from the beach, this two bedroom one bath house will give you that Alabama spirit and allow you and your family to enjoy a little get away in the south.

Come to a place of grace in Graceville! Enjoy nature and the drink the well water that taps into the natural spring reservoir! We have 5 acres for you to explore with a trail into a majestic forest! Plenty of space for kids to run in a safe location! We are in a central location to Ponce De Leon Springs, Morrison Springs, Florida Cavern State Park and so much more! No pet fee for pets staying outside. Happy camping!
