With the most incredible views from the hot tub, you’ll be amazed by how far you can see, Manchester skyline, the Peak District hills and Dovestone Reservoir with Saddleworth Moors - whist Saddleworth Villages lie in the valley bottom. 2 king size bedrooms both en-suite, a small double bedroom with a house bathroom opposite. Carr Cottage is a characterful 19th century mill workers' dwelling situated in the heart of the Pennines in the beautiful Luddenden Valley with a multitude of walks and footpaths. Close to Halifax and its historic Piece Hall or Hebden Bridge with its vibrant arts and crafts scene. We are dog friendly with excellent walks for dogs and their people. Dogs must not be left unattended on the during your stay. Carr Cottage is cycle friendly with classic road or off road routes right rom the doorstep.

Come and stay at this cosy cottage close to the beautiful Birtle & Deeply vale, with lovely walks or bike rides through the countryside. Fairfield hospital & Bury Hospice are close by. Just a 5 min drive to Bury Town centre with a tram into Manchester that takes around 20 mins, 20 mins drive to Ramsbottom or Rochdale. The cosy cottage consists of a comfortable living room, kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath tub and shower, and a small suntrap garden to sit out on sunny days.

Situated in Todmorden, West Yorkshire our beautifully restored cottage built in approximately 1665 and overlooking the vibrant market town of Todmorden and only 5km away from the artisan and beautiful town of Hebden Bridge. It provides an ideal base to explore this beautiful part of Yorkshire including; Howarth, the home of the Brontes, Halifax, including the Piece Hall and Shibden Hall, the home of Anne Lister and the Pennine Way.

You have exclusive access to the garden, which means relaxing in the hot tub after a long day sight seeing, shopping or hitting the pubs.

There is also free on street parking a couple of minute walk from the property on Burnley road, the same road as the property.
