Having 3 bedrooms and a lovely furnished terrace, this is a holiday home in Zelhem, immersed in tranquility. It is located at the edge of woods and makes a great stay for a family with children or a group of 6 friends. Zelhem is known as the green heart of the Achterhoek, where you can enjoy peace and space. You can take beautiful walks and cycling trips in the region. Other Hanseatic towns like Doesburg, Zutphen, or Deventer are also relatively close by. The holiday home has a large garden in which you can hear many birds chirping and start your day with a healthy breakfast. On the terrace, you can enjoy the view of the enormous garden and fully unwind with all the nature surrounding you. There is a barbecue to enjoy your evenings with smoked meals. Indoors, the sitting area by the wood-burning stove is a cozy place for a hangout. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals of your choice. A children's bed and a high chair are available. (8-16 personen) Dit vrijstaande Herenhuis uit 1935 bevindt zich midden in het centrum van Emmen op slechts enkele minuten lopen van uitgaan, station, bos, Wildlands en het Rensenpark. Er is ruime (gratis!) parkeergelegenheid. Je huurt de gehele bovenwoning en deel van de onderwoning met eigen keuken, woonkamer, badkamers, wc's en fijne tuin. De minimale boeking is 8 personen 2 nachten. Ben je met minder? Stuur dan eerst een bericht voordat je boekt. Eindschoonmaak tegen meerprijs indien gewenst

Auf knapp 60m² erwartet Sie ein offener Wohn- & Essbereich mit einer ausgestatteten Küche, ein modernes Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Maisonette-Zimmer, das man über eine steile Treppe erreicht. Oben angekommen befinden sich nochmal 2 Einzelbetten. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Fön. WLAN & ein Parkplatz sind vorhanden.

Vakantiehuis in het toeristische Bad Bentheim op slechts minder dan 2 kilometer gelegen van het Wellness center, Manege, Tennispark, Restaurant en Winkels. In Nordhorn is het dierenpark gelegen, een leuk uitstapje voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen. Voor shoppen kun je naar het Outlet center in Ochtrup gaan.
