Mit viel Liebe zum Detail haben wir das Haus mit der ganzen Familie restauriert und dabei versucht, seinen Charme und Charakter zu wahren. Jedes Apartment ist individuell gestaltet. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, Euch hier zu begrüßen und versorgen Euch gern mit Tipps zur Stadt und Umgebung. *Die Stadt Leipzig erhebt eine Beherbergungssteuer von 5%, die im Preis enthalten ist.

Das Hotel zur Köppe verfügt über 10 DZ, 4 EZ und 1 FZ, die Anfang 2019 neu renoviert und liebevoll eingerichtet wurden. WLAN und eine Flasche Wasser sind für unsere Gäste kostenfrei. Wir bieten Ihnen neben einem sehr guten Services selbstverständlich auch freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Unsere Hotelgäste können sich in unserem lichtdurchfluteten Frühstücksraum wohlfühlen und den Tag mit einem reichhaltigem und ausgewogenem Frühstück beginnen - an schönen Tagen auch auf unserer Terrasse

Cozy Room Südvorstadt (almost complete flat)

The cozy room is approx. 15 sqm in size and furnished. A bed, a closet, a 2-seater couch, a couch and desk, a comfortable office chair, a sideboard, a TV (with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video) and a hi-fi system are available. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need, and of course, everything can be used (washing machine, for example). You'll have the apartment to yourself most of the time, since I'm hardly ever there. Sometimes we watch football on the weekend.

Welcome to Arbio I Lax Studios & Apartments. We have renovated the entire house in recent years and now want to give you a cosy and beautiful time in Leipzig with our rooms. Located in the Lindenau neighbourhood. It’s convenient to walk to Karl-Heine-Strasse and visit Pavillon im Palmengarten.

Space for up to 5 guests. This room has its own living area with a cosy TV corner and sofa bed. To the left and right are the bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, bedside table, lamp, chair and private washbasin with mirror. This room has our shared toilets and showers in front of the room.

Our single rooms have a comfortable bed, fresh bed linen and towels, as well as a table and chairs that you can use for working. Each room is equipped with power sockets and internet is available throughout the house. The shared bathroom is right next to the room.
