Characterful town house on Elm Hill

Situated on Norwich's historic Elm Hill, this luxurious townhouse offers the perfect blend of comfort, contemporary design and character. Its quirky interior reflects its 500 year old life as a weavers house, now updated for modern city living. It backs onto a park and river walks. Dogs are welcome! There are two double bedrooms and a sofa-bed is available upon request. We are sorry but the staircases and uneven floors make it unsuitable for young children or those with limited mobility.

Inside you will find a spacious open plan layout featuring a comfortable lounge, a well equipped kitchen and conservatory, dining area. Double doors to the rear, seating leads to the communal garden with steps leading down to the beach. Albion is just moments from the beach with beautiful views of the ocean from the spectacular top-level Seaview living room and kitchen. It's Grade ll listed, has a rich history within the town and lies in iconic Jetty street which runs directly to the sea. We love the house and want you to make it your home for your stay. It's a 20 minute stroll to the heart of our historic city center, and a short walk to the River Wensum where you may spot the elusive otter! Marriott’s Way and Wensum Park are also close, and Earlham Cemetery, where you may see Muntjac deer at dusk, hedgehogs, squirrels, and a variety of birds.
