This newly built cabin is located on a quiet gravel road, in the St Lawrence Valley in a remote area between Potsdam and Massena, NY, fifteen minutes from the US/Canada border. With Potsdam and Massena only 15 miles away, you have the best of both the civilized and the natural world when staying at our cabin. We look forward to hosting guests who will enjoy the natural solitude, privacy and aesthetic comforts of the cabin, garden, and beautiful forest trails on our tranquil 101 acre property.

The Owlet’s Nest 🦉 on Norwood Lake

Located 10 minutes or less from Clarkson University, SUNY Potsdam, Canton-Potsdam Hospital, and Windy Point Stables, this property is an excellent choice for families, groups, healthcare professionals, and wedding guests. Enjoy 2 beaches, kayaking, grilling and campfires right in the large backyard. Play pickleball, street hockey, and basketball on the large parking lot. Enjoy the convenience a dedicated workspace w a WiFi printer, an 85" smart TV w cable, fitness equipment, & a washer/dryer.

Magical Treehouse

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!
