Finished basement with an additional living area and a 3/4 bath (bath and sink, but no toilet) Great front porch and back porch.

Parking in driveway, plenty of street parking, up and downstairs backyard decks. Decor is eccentric, inclusive, diverse. We do require guests to have to rented from AIRBNB before and have reviews for us to view.

This cozy 2-bedroom country house sits on 8 acres, sleeps 4 and overlooks Clinton Lake with amazing views. We offer a hot tub, heated pool, kayaks, 10 miles of hiking, hunting, and horse trails. The boat ramp is located at the end of the driveway and across the street. We are located 30 minutes between Bloomington & Champaign. All guests must be 18+. The Courthouse Loft resides in the historic courthouse used in the mid 1900s on the second floor of The City House. The original railing and gate of courtroom divides the 825 soft studio style layout. Loft has a separated bath and laundry and a patio with hot tub! Mid century and historic style will wrap you in comfort and luxury during your stay. We are above a coffee shop, so pop downstairs for breakfast and your morning brew! Oh, and never a cleaning fee!
