Take the bikes at the house for a ride down the Oldest portion of Route 66 or just relax and enjoy the restaurants, bars and shopping in downtown Lexington . Centrally located, safe and family friendly Backs up the the Constitution Trail Very short walk to Keg Grove Brewery Minutes to both ISU and IWU Campuses Adorable Living/Dining Room Bedroom with a full bed and half bath. Upstairs Bedroom with queen size bed 2nd floor loft area has a twin size daybed that can be turned into a king size bed Full bathroom upstairs. Finished basement with an additional living area and a 3/4 bath (bath and sink, but no toilet) Great front porch and back porch.

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. This cozy get away will take you back in time, but with all the comforts and amenities of modern lifestyles. You will not believe you are just 10 minutes from downtown Peoria & 7 minutes from Par-A-Dice Casino. The Barn Loft is a quiet retreat. The space has a private bathroom and kitchen. The driveway is spacious, but shared. Guest parking is clearly marked. There is a fire pit out back that guests are welcome to use.

The Farmhouse at Red River Farms

The Farmhouse at Red River Farms is the original house from when the farm was established in the 1940's. Additions have been made over the years, which makes it a lovely home to live in by today's standards while keeping some of that old farmhouse charm. Depending upon the time of year of your stay, you will be able to observe various farm centric activities. It could be chickens, cows, pigs, turkeys around Red River Farms or tractors and combines in the fields. There is plenty to observe!

The Courthouse Loft resides in the historic courthouse used in the mid 1900s on the second floor of The City House. The original railing and gate of courtroom divides the 825 soft studio style layout. Loft has a separated bath and laundry and a patio with hot tub! Mid century and historic style will wrap you in comfort and luxury during your stay. We are above a coffee shop, so pop downstairs for breakfast and your morning brew! Oh, and never a cleaning fee!
