Wonderful & Cosy Vacation Home

Spend your vacation in Sønderho - Denmark's Most Beautiful Village in 2011. Beautiful and charming fanøhaus, carefully restored in 2011, with emphasis given to the conservation of the old fanø style with small windows with its distinctive color. The house is bright and beautiful with accommodation for 6 people. The interior is a tasteful mix of old and new. Situated on 2500 m2 of heather-clad area, about 1 km. from Sønderho city center The house has 6 beds, beautiful new kitchen with dishwasher, a large oven and induction. You will find a comfortable spacious terrace, with good shelter from the east and west winds. The property stands in the wild and there is by nature plenty of heather and pine trees. The house is 110 m2, is thatched roofed and is painted in the old style over the small windows in black, white and green - symbolizing sadness, joy and hope. Over the entrance door there's a hatch, a "arkengaf", which was once the entrance to the attic where they kept hay, heather, and others like that stored. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall, a spacious living room with large corner couch, and a dining area with an old long table with a stroke bench and 4 beautiful decorated chairs. Kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a fridge with small freezer compartment. Bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and a rear entrance with washer and dryer. On the first floor are two bedrooms. One with double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a small toilet. The living room has flat screen TV. The house is equipped with a power-saving and energy efficient heat pump / air conditioner, to heat up the house, it has a fireplace (stove) and electric radiators as well. The heat pump is environmentally friendly and very energy efficient. This means that the house energy cost is very low in cold periods, and makes an ideal holiday home in the winter. The heat pump can be used as air conditioning in the summer time. Large wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.

Klegod området ligger ca. 4 km fra den populære ferie og badeby Søndervig, som byder på mange aktiviteter, herunder det helt nybyggede Lalandia. Der er ca. 8 km til Hvide Sande, som byder på en aktiv og spændende fiskerihavn. Hvide Sande er verdenskendt for sine vandsport muligheder, og de lækre badestrande. The house is situated in a great spot in the middle of the beautiful Fanø nature only 300m from the sea. The house has a ground floor and first floor and is 91m2. There is big patio in front of the house connecting the livingroom to the outside on a sunny day and a large patio at the back. On the ground floor there is a dining room, bathroom and two bedrooms (beds are 200cm long). On the first floor there is a balcony partially overlooking the sea, TV room with big couch and a beedroom

Tæt på centrum hvor der er mange indkøbs muligheder og restauranter. Du vil elske vores bolig på grund af roen og hyggen i egen træhytte med badeværelse. Der er ikke køkken men micro ovn, køl ,frys, kedel.Alt inden for porcelæn og bestik. Privat terrasse . Incl sengelinned og håndklæder Vores bolig er god uanset om du kommer alene eller i er 2 personer . En nat er næsten for lidt til at nyde disse dejlige omgivelser. Her kan slappes af, tage på eventyr og udforske vores skønne område

Nostalgisk ny feriebolig til 6 personer i den gamle staldbygning. Hele boligen er i stueetage og opført i gammel badehotelstil anno 1930. Vi bor selv i stuehuset på ejendommen, for enden af en stille grusvej, med dejlig ro og landlige omgivelser. Vi er en familie med 2 børn. Vi har heste, dværggeder, katte, hunde. Vi ønsker at vores gæster skal opleve en afslappet atmosfære af landidyl, nostalgi og komfort. Ferieboligen har egen lille have og en hyggelig træterrasse med en have-pavillon.

Huset ligger i hjertet af Mandø. Midt i nationalpark Vadehavet. Hyggeligt indrettet med ældre antikke møbler, samt eget keramik og sæbe. Huset har et fantastisk lysindfald, samt direkte adgang til egen terrasse i æblehaven hvor udsigten er storslået. I huset kan man finde ro, og få naturen helt tæt på, samt nyde synet af alle de smukke fugle som raster på Mandø. Ved huset står cykler, som kan lånes. Der er en lille købmand på Mandø. Der opkræves ikke penge for el og varme.
