Ma Mazie's has A/C, a modern kitchen, a flat screen TV, cable, and WiFi, yet blends in with New Plymouth's historic homes. The bedroom features a queen bed with an attached bathroom. Just off the bedroom is a screened porch with table and chairs. A perfect place to sit and watch the world go by. Several restaurants serving traditional Bahamian dishes are in walking distance and nearby Gilliam Bay offers the softest sands and bluest waters, perfect for shelling, swimming, and beachcombing!

This home is new and has two docks. One in front on Atlantic side and one in back on the Sea of Abaco side. You are 5 minutes from town and 15 minutes fishing off of outer reefs. The Atlantic ocean is fifty feet in front of house and the Sea of Abaco is fifty feet behind the house. very quiet and peaceful lot with views that are incredible.
