Idyllic Cycladic House with breathtaking view

Τρία (3) μεμονωμένα, αυτόνομα σπίτια που περιβάλλονται από μια πλαγιά NATURA, με υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα. Ένα μικρό μονοπάτι οδηγεί σε μια σχεδόν ιδιωτική, υπέροχη, απάνεμη παραλία. Το ιδανικό μέρος για διακοπές στην αυλή με θέα τις κυκλαδίτικες πλαγιές και τη θάλασσα. Κάθε σπίτι είναι μοναδικό και ποιοτικά διακοσμημένο με πολλά χειροποίητα στοιχεία. Ο minimal χαρακτήρας τους βασιζεται στα παραδοσιακά κυκλαδίτικα αρχιτεκτονικά στοιχεία, ενώ παράλληλα επηρεάζεται από τη γειτονική, παρθένο φύση.

-Το εξοχικό βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά κοντά στην παραλία του Αγίου Φωκά. Είναι μια Κυκλαδίτικη πετρόχτιστη κατοικία που συνδυάζει το παραδοσιακό με το μοντέρνο. Θα απολαύσετε τις διακοπές σας και θα νιώσετε την απόλυτη χαλάρωση κοντά στη φύση. -The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach of Agios Fokas. Is a Cycladic stone-built house that compines the traditional with the modern style. You will enjoy your holidays and feel absolutely relaxation close to the nature.

Tinyhouse with sea view at Fytema beach, Ikaria

Our Tiny House was built in 2019 from exclusively ecological material and has a very good insulation against heat. (For ecological reasons, we did not install an air conditioning system.) It is fully equipped and offers much space inside. (20 sq.m.) We used natural, modern style furniture. The Tiny House ist perfect for 2 persons. The additional bed in the living room is 1.75 m and nice for one child or short people not taller than 1.65 m. The new pergola gives shadow to the sitting place.

Grandpa Simos' Traditional Guest House (B)

Το παραδοσιακό μας σπίτι 30 τμ, βρίσκεται στην όμορφη παραλία του Αγίου Ρωμανού, 15 λεπτά από το λιμάνι της Τήνου και μόλις 150 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα. Είναι επιπλωμένο με 1 διπλό κρεβάτι και 1 αναγόμενο κρεβάτι και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 2 έως 3 άτομα. Our traditional 30 sqm house is located on the beautiful beach of Agios Romanos, 15 minutes from the port of Tinos and only 150 meters from the sea. It is furnished with 1 double bed and 1 set bed and can accommodate 2 to 3 people.

Το μικρό σπίτι στο λιβάδι

Ένα παραδοσιακό Ικαριώτικο σπίτι, ένας ενιαίος χώρος με εξωτερικό μπάνιο κα με μία πανέμορφη αυλή πάνω στη θάλασσα! Μία ευκαιρία να κάνεις διακοπές όχι σαν τουρίστας, αλλά σαν ντόπιος ,με ησυχία και ηρεμία! Το Λιβάδι βρίσκεται σε ένα σημείο που γλιτώνεις τη φασαρία του τουρισμού αν και απέχει απ την πρωτεύουσα, τον Άγιο Κήρυκο, μόλις 12χλμ! Με δύο βήματα βρίσκεσαι στη θάλασσα κ αν πεινάσεις απολαμβάνεις ικαριώτικα εδέσματα στη ταβέρνα "Αροδου" μόλις στα 2χλμ απ' το σπίτι!

Sol's Place

The property is located outside the settlement, it is surrounded by nature and is ideal for relaxation and tranquility. The last part of the road to arrive at the accommodation, one kilometer long, is a dirt road. The location is ideal for cycling in the surrounding area, for this purpose 2 bicycles are provided free of charge. By bicycle it is possible to access the surrounding villages and the nearest beach. Horse riding is also available upon reservation.

Zannis kelè Zannel Seaside Serenity

A simple traditional building, recently renovated, made entirely of slate stone. It is 200 years old and was used by growers as a shelter for farmers in winter and summer. Upon entering the space, the visitors are mentally transported to the past and live in its atmosphere. Its walls and ceiling are built with the logic of the dome and constitute a small masterpiece of folk architecture. It has a bedroom, kitchen and WC, ideal for 2-3 people.

Metochi country house for peaceful stay

Metochi is a unique cottage located on a mountain slope, with astonishing sunset view. Ideal for those who want an alternative experience away from the noise and conventional tourism. Sustainable electricity is provided exclusively by photovoltaic batteries and is enough for lights, listening to music, charging devices (USB cable) and easy going life. You'll definately enjoy the sunset, your privacy and the sound of nature.

Ένα ιδιαίτερο κατάλυμα στην Τηνο

Στον παραδοσιακό οικισμό της Κώμης της Τήνου, όπου με πολύ μεράκι και με σεβασμό στην παράδοση ανακαινίσαμε και φτάσαμε στο επιθυμητό αποτέλεσμα του παλιού μας αχυρώνα. Το κατάλυμα είναι πλέον έτοιμο να σας υποδεχτεί με όλες τις ανέσεις ώστε να περάσατε τις διακοπές σας και να χαλαρώσετε στο τζακουζι που βρίσκεται ανάμεσα στα παλιά βράχια.
