The holiday house "Spiti Limnos" is located about 250 meters from the nice beach of Limnos, on the most beautiful and wildest coast of the island. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms ( 1 double bed and 1 single in each), kitchen, living-dining room, bathroom and a large terrace. Ground floor: 2 shower-rooms / WC, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed with a mezzanine floor (on which there are 2 sleepings for kid) and a bedroom with 3 single beds. Basement: washing machine. Bed linen inclu.

A beautiful beach front house location which is about 400m from the center of kokkari.Front view beach and back view mountain.Also close by you will find the well known beaches of kokkari.There are many shops available near by(mini market,caffe's,taverns etc).It has a nice natural sea breeze,a cosy attic with a view of both above( aegean sea and mountain's).The home is also provided with a big bbq area surrounded by greenery.Any other information we would be happy to assist you in any inquiries.

Για το λόγο αυτό εσωτερικά έχει τη μορφή καστροχωρίου, κτισμένο επί Γενουατικής περιόδου. Το οίκημα στο οποίο σας καλούμαι να διαμείνεται ευρίσκεται στο κέντρο του χωριού, μέσα σε γραφικά δρομάκια. Ο οικισμός με λίγους κατοίκους προσφέρει λόγω περίοπτης θέσης όπου ευρίσκεται την ευκαιρεία να γνωρίσεται πολλά άλλα μέρη πλησίον.

Τraditional tower at Ikaria

The tower is a 2 level apartment at 'Pyrgos traditional village', above the museum of ikaria. Pyrgos traditional village is a complex of 8 traditional buildings at the top of Agios Kirikos, a traditional small village with a common pool only for guests, a small reception, breakfast area, parking, common verandas and yards and natural vegetation. The tower has a small kitchen and two sofa-beds at the main floor and one main bedroom with a bathroom with shower at the top floor.

Ένα μεγάλο μεσαιωνικό πέτρινο σπίτι στην Καλαμωτή της Χίου που συνδιάζει μοναδικά την αρχοντιά του 19ου αιώνα με τις ανέσεις του 21ου. Είναι ανακαινισμένο με σεβασμό στην παραδοσιακή αρχιτεκτονική και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο για άνετη και χαρούμενη διαμονή. Το παραδοσιακό αυτό χωριό της μαστίχας απέχει 25χλμ από το αεροδρόμιο και το λιμάνι. Η γνωστή παραλία της Κώμης είναι 5' με το αμάξι από το σπίτι (3χλμ) και 10΄ η παραλία Μαύρα βόλια και το μουσείο μαστίχας.

Σας καλωσορίζουμε σε μία αυθεντική Σαμιώτικη οικία. Ζήστε την εμπειρία σε ένα παραδοσιακό πέτρινο σπίτι, το οποίο χτίστηκε το 1915 και ανακαινίστηκε το 2020. Βρίσκεται στην παλιά πόλη (Άνω Βαθύ) με εύκολη πρόσβαση (δωρεάν δημόσιο parking στα 50 μέτρα) και θέα στο λιμάνι της Σάμου. Μπορείτε επίσης να περπατήσετε και σε 12’ θα είστε στο κέντρο της πόλης.
