This 1970 Bluebird Schoolbus has been converted into a comfortable and whimsical living space. The rear connects to a new addition with a bathroom, livingroom, and sleeping loft for one adult or two kids. It is on one fenced acre in the hill country and has its own private driveway. The patio has nice cozy chairs and your choice of a propane or charcoal grill. Sure to please the outdoor enthusiast, the property is surrounded by public land with the Pinckney Waterloo Trail crossing at the end of our driveway, and several nearby lakes. Located 30 minutes to Ann Arbor, 15 minutes to downtown Chelsea which offers plenty of great eats and drinks, 20 minutes to downtown Jackson, 10 minutes to Sandhill crane winery.

Located in Amish country & about 10 minutes from great shopping, guests can wake up to peace, quiet and a countryside view.
