Head out on Angles Way and follow the Waveney river valley for an idyllic countryside stroll or take a trip to the beautiful Suffolk coast, then light the fire and curl up under the beams. Featured in a host of magazines, this bucolic abode combines period features and chic, contemporary design. Ivywood cottage is medieval in age, but contemporary in design, with luxurious finishes and fine detailing. The house is in a unique rural setting and was once part of the Gawdy Hall Estate. The house sits next to a beautiful 15th century church, set within a 3 acre church yard. Glorious and plentiful Waveney Valley walks in all directions. Guests have complete privacy and run of the house, including a private garden. We respect our guest's privacy, and are on call for any advice or assistance that you may need during your visit. The cottage is a short picturesque drive from the coastal gems of Southwold and Aldeburgh. Harleston and Bungay are quintessential English towns with charming independent stores, delis, family butchers, bistro cafes, pubs, restaurants, and tea shops. It's the countryside, most people drive. Diss is the mainline station between London and Norwich and is just 15 minutes by car. Cycling is very popular and the cottage is on a regular time trial route. Buses are very reliable and the village is well serviced making it easy to hop between Suffolk and Norfolk villages. There is fabulous walking from the cottage. Located in the Waveney Valley paths such as Angles Way which follows the Waveney river valley are right on your doorstep.

Our large safari tent is more like a lodge as it has a raised wooden floor, large windows and a woodburning stove inside. The retreat is close to 3 beaches and walking distance from Holkham Hall. It is on a Wild Campsite so you'll get close to nature and experience a forgotten Norfolk Brickyard. You’ll love the seclusion, the peace and quiet and the rest of the campsite. The Brickmaker's Retreat is a beautiful place for couples, small families with 2 kids or great for a group of 4 friends.

Old Beans Cottage is an 18th century former washhouse which has been beautifully converted into a studio cottage and furnished to an exceptional standard. This boutique cottage is located in East Barsham, a small village nestling in quiet, rolling countryside less than 3 miles from the market town of Fakenham, with excellent access to the North Norfolk Coast at Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkham. The area is renowned for its bird watching opportunities with Cley and Titchwell within easy reach.

This cosy cottage in Fakenham town centre has space for up to four people. Located on the fringe of North Norfolk with easy access to the expansive coastline, Norwich city and many local attractions. Facilities include; free off road parking, WiFi, internet TV, storage for cycles, fresh linen and towels. Arrival and departure are contactless via a key safe for your convenience however we are available any time for assistance. Pets and children are welcome but please note there is no garden.

A truly unique little retreat that just oozes style and luxury in the highly sought-after village of Little Walsingham, just minutes from the North Norfolk Coast. The property sleeps 3 adults 1 Child or 2 adults 2 children with a double bed on the ground floor and a twin, which includes a 3ft single and a 3ft cabin bed on the first floor with restricted height. We allow 1 small dog. Well renowned Farm shop & deli (pop), general store, pub, cafes & antique shops all easy walking distance.
