This detached pet friendly bungalow is located very close to the beach and offers three double bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and en suite shower/wc, along with a family bathroom with bath. There is a comfortable sitting room with dining area along with a modern fitted kitchen. Externally there is a totally enclosed rear lawned garden, an integrated single garage, and off street parking. Within 10-15 minutes stroll there are three excellent pub/restaurants and a well stocked village shop.

The property is decorated to a very high standard and well equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. A stunning and comfortable, detached farmhouse set at the heart of a Scottish berry, cattle and arable farm, close to Dundee and Perth. Sleeps 8 adults, 2 kids and up to 3 dogs. We are family friendly & dog friendly. There is a separate toyroom & dog room in the farmhouse. We have a large enclosed garden with decking area, furniture,swings, large sandpit area, BBQ and ping pong shed. There is plenty space for kids and dogs to run around. Recently converted from what was once a large well known rural Bank, The Counting House offers spacious, fully equipped and luxuriously furnished accommodation for up to four adults or family of four plus baby. Luxury bed linnen and towels plus wifi are provided. The Counting House is a lovely place to stay whilst exploring Northumbria and the Borders, Belford is a lovely quiet country village. Close to the coast and in the country there are many places to visit and lovely walks.

If, like us, you enjoy countryside and coast then Charlie's Place could be the perfect place for you. Our pretty, traditional Northumberland cottage is in the historic village of Belford.
