Finished in early 2020 it was built on 2.5 lots or on one half acre of sand. Its location is only a 3.5-minute walk on a white sand path-like road past just 4 houses to the largest beach on the island. There is public access and golf cart parking available there and that isn’t always the case on other streets.

A quick 30 minute trip from Pine Island, North Captiva is a golf cart only island (that’s right, no cars!) that has the best beaches and shelling in the area. Sand Dollars is located one block in from the beach (200 steps). Sand Dollars has a Island Club membership with access to 2 swimming pools, paddle boards, kayaks. BYOB—bring your own boat and park at our boat slip (extra fee).

Blue Laguna features 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths allowing this home to sleep up to 6 people. Two screened in lanai's so you can sit and enjoy the island breeze and leave the sliding doors open for a true island nature experience during the colder seasons. Welcome to paradise! Two golf carts! Enjoy this just fully-updated modern paradise. Located on the charming island of North Captiva (not to be confused with Captiva), accessible by ferry, private boat or plane, you will feel like you are in another country. Rental includes 2 golf carts (no cars on island) and 2 large kayaks. Play on the wild beach with your kids, write your novel or get a drink at the tiki bar, it is all magical! Boat slip is available upon request for a nightly fee.

Federico's cottage is conveniently located just a short walk to the beach and had all of the amenities we needed to relax and enjoy the trip. Federico was helpful and responsive when I had any questions. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking to disconnect and enjoy pristine beaches with lots wildlife and natural beauty. ”
