Luxurious Retreat with Hot Tub & Walk to Echo Lake

Welcome to the most luxurious home in the Valley. We designed, built and equipped this home for the most comfortable rental experience possible. From Boll & Branch Sheets to a DeLonghi espresso machine, we have cut no corners and thought of everything. Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

North Conway private, wooded in-town location

Our home sits on top of a hill looking down over a very quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of North Conway, between North Conway Village and Intervale/Kearsarge. The house sits on 1/2 acre of wooded land with a long dirt driveway leading up to a parking area that can accommodate 2-4 cars. Our home has direct access to the Whitaker Woods trail system that runs from Kearsarge to North Conway Village. We are also a short walk to the Moat restaurant and Stonehurst/Wild Rose restaurant.

Centrally located cottage minutes from all North Conway has to offer. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a vacation with the family, even the fur babies! The house has three bedrooms, full kitchen, dedicated workspace, full size washer/dryer and a large yard. Curl up on the couch and watch a movie or sit by the fire and star gaze. CloverCroft, a 200+/- year old farmhouse, is located in the rich farmland of the Saco River Valley at the foot of the White Mountains. We go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. (Please note our mattress is FIRM and there is a long flight of outdoor stairs to access the suite.) COME ENJOY PRIVACY AND THE GREAT OUTDOORS. There are many summer and winter activities very close by and we look forward to hosting you.

Located downtown just a few steps from Main Street. (Must be 21 to check-in, $40 authorization taken at check-in, no cats) IF YOUR PUP IS JOINING YOU, please be aware that we require advanced notice, an additional $50/night for the first four nights ($200 max), that rabies records be provided, and that your dog have access to a crate for times that you must leave them behind. One dog is permitted per room, no cats.
