Walking distance to Kenmore downtown with a selection of bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Half an hour drive to Seattle, Bellevue, or Lynnwood.

Fully remodeled, everything is new, and a heat pump with air conditioning to get you at the perfect temperature! A full backyard, and lots of room for our four legged little friends. Please note this property has an Airbnb exemption from hosting service animals or emotional support animals.

Wellington Carriage House

You'll enjoy your stay in the private detached guesthouse which resides on the front half of our horse acre property. You'll be greeted by a lovely manicured yard with mature rhodies, azaleas & stunning Magnolias that bloom each spring. The covered patio entrance will lead you to the private side entrance door to the stairs that take you to the second level studio apartment where upon entry the full kitchen, regulation pool table and 8 foot drop down projector TV will greet and entertain you!

This cozy 3-bedroom home, beautifully designed and furnished for couples, groups, and families alike, is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac within minutes from Main Street Bothell, McMenamins Anderson School House, and Woodinville Wine Country. Explore the PNW through nature trails and hikes, sit in a cafe, or enjoy a brew at one of the local hot spots. Downtown Seattle is a 25 minutes drive (traffic depending). We accommodate 6 people in beds plus provide a queen size air mattress.

Views from all 5 floors of this rustic hand built treasure, get away in our secluded ocean view, lake waterfront home. Perched just above Picnic Point Lake, descend stairs to the lake waterfront clearing to relax. Our house is unique; the front door has a tree archway, rounded hobbit doors on the side room and front garage. Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.
