Lovely sunny outside patio area where you can enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine . Just a few minutes walk to pubs The Kings Arms and The Rock Inn , both serving excellent food. The magnificent Putsborough beach is just 5 minutes by car, Croyde is 2 miles away, Saunton and Woolacombe beaches are all nearby as is The Southwest Coast Path.

From your own private sun terrace and garden you will be able to enjoy the views of Braunton burrows and the sea in the distance. This stylish, bright and airy self contained apartment attached to our family home is a relaxing retreat between time spent at Saunton Beach, 2.5 miles away and Croyde beach 3.5 miles, or enjoying the cafe's pubs and surf shops a short walk away in Braunton village. You will have a car park space , your own entrance and your own garden with seating and great views.

The Tarka Suite

We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.

The Combe is a coast and country escape. It is a self-contained annex, part of our family house accessed from a 12 step external staircase. Located in the picturesque village of West Down, 4 miles from the surfing beach of Woolacombe and a short drive to Croyde and Ilfracombe Harbour. The annex provides an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of every day life. West Down has an amazing pub with good food a village shop 3 mins walk away and easy access to the Coast path and Exmoor.

Idyllically located, near The Two Moors Way and Dartmoor. Ideal for an overnight stop between London and Cornwall. Large accommodation space, peaceful setting surrounded by lovely gardens. Great size bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bath/shower room. Large open plan living and kitchen area. Infants of less than two years old welcome, sharing their parents’ bedroom space. Dog friendly. NB. Not suitable for anyone with limited mobility due to two steps into bedroom.
