Elton Guest House Family Suite

Elton Guest House is a former farm house lovingly restored by the current owner. Close to Matlock and Bakewell and attractions such as Chatsworth House. The grounds feature ample parking in our cobbled courtyard and an old lamp post and water pump on the frontage. The family suite consists of two bedrooms, one large bed sitter with a double and twin beds and a separate twin room and en suite bathroom. Breakfast is included in the price. A beautiful 300 year old house in a Derbyshire village setting. Private access to your accommodation. A lovely en-suite private bathroom with bath and shower adjoins the bedroom and a cosy sitting room beyond. Off road parking. Circular pub walks from the doorstep. Within easy reach of Alton Towers, Chatsworth, Kedleston Hall, Crich Tramway, and the Derbyshire Peak District. But you really don't need to drive anywhere if you just want to chill out, as there are lots of things to do nearby.

There will always be a warm welcome at The Old Stables. We have a lovely double room available. TV, tea/coffee making facilities and a continental breakfast are provided. You have your own private bathroom, with a large walk in shower & roll top bath. There is great walking, running, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, climbing & golf all on our doorstep with good views from the house of Bamford Edge, Win Hill & Shatton Moor. If you are a group of 3/4, we do have a second room on request.

One spacious en-suite bedroom within a stone farmhouse in annexe with own entrance - situated in a village on the Staffordshire Way. Easy access to Alton Towers, JCB Rocester, Peak District, Derbyshire Dales, Ashbourne and Uttoxeter. The Duncombe Arms is within walking distance. Use of breakfast room, fridge and microwave. Tannery House Garden Room 2 - Cosy Double en suite

Tannery House is a hidden gem set within private grounds, with Bakewell on your doorstep. A family home, and two very friendly dogs, Ziggy and Bounty. We will be around if you need us and happy to have a chat. Currently breakfast is available at Avenue House, a few mins walk away. Breakfast is between 8.30 to 10.00am and is included in the price.. PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE BOOKING DECEMBER 31st or 1ST BREAKFAST OPTION WILL BE BREAKFAST COBS or PASTRIES TAKEN IN YOUR ROOM FROM 9AM.

Comfortable cottage on the Chatsworth Estate

Yeldwood Farm Cottage is a beautiful barn conversion on our farm, just outside Baslow. The self-catering cottage sleeps 2 guests, in a Super-King size (or Twin) master bedroom. The cottage comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, sitting room and bathroom with a large bath and shower. We are ideally situated on the Chatsworth Estate within the Peak District, close to Chatsworth House itself, Haddon Hall, Bakewell, Eyam, Matlock, Castleton, Buxton and Sheffield.

Holly Caravan

Holly is a one double bedroom caravan situated in a quiet location within our grounds. It has a kitchen, lounge and dining room area and a bathroom. The caravan is now fully central heated throughout with an additional gas fire in the lounge area. Our on-line booking facility is set for arrivals on Mondays (minimum stay 4 nights) & Fridays (minimum stay 3 nights). If your booking requirements are different from these parameters, please call us directly for availability.

Edale Loft Bed & Breakfast

Edale Loft is a large studio space within a traditional 1850's Edale gritstone house, Peak District. Can be a double / family / friends. Includes private lounge & ensuite. Views of Kinder Scout, exposed beams, a quiet location. The house is at the 'official start' of the Pennine Way, among a cluster of cottages of similar age. Log fires, antique furniture, paintings, William Morris, mature garden with Amdega Summer House, AGA cooked breakfasts, private parking, Wifi.

Friar tuck cosy single room in Robin Hood country

A basic, budget option of a single room in my lovely modern home, with use of the newly refurbished family bathroom. I live within 15-20 mins drive from Mansfield and Worksop. Chesterfield, Sheffield and Nottingham can all be reached in less than an hour. Sherwood Forest and Sherwood pines mountain bike trail are less than 10 mins drive, with lots of nice walks in the vicinity. Easy on street parking and a relaxed homely feel.
