The cottage has a beautiful shower room, kitchen, dining room with woodburning stove & a sitting room with a gas stove. Outside there is roadside parking & a lawned garden with furniture & barbecue. It's ideal for a couple or small family, & there are many attractions nearby such as the Lincolnshire Wolds & the city of Lincoln.

Warm cosy central house with 3 double ensuite rooms, two up up and one down. All rooms are lockable. Fully furnished with all linen and towels. Comfy beds, unlimited hot water , baths and showers, smart TV/s ( in rooms and downstairs ) good wifi, kitchen/dining living room and washing machine. Right in the centre of Cleethorpes less than 5 mins walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Really popular area. Patio doors to small enclosed garden. Free on street parking available.
