Charming 2 Bedroom Modern 1880’s Farmhouse

A 1880’s farmhouse with all the modern amenities yet keeping the charm. It is between Lake Placid (5 miles) and Saranac Lake (4.5 miles) in North Elba’s tiny hamlet of Ray Brook. It has a fenced in yard with room to play and a back deck to watch it all happen. We allow 2 small or 1 medium ( 20 to 40 lbs; 15 to 20 inches tall) well behaved, fully vaccinated, house trained dog.s. The upstairs is vacant (closed off). Picture windows offer views of Lake Flower, the mountains and downtown. The house is a short walk to town and restaurants. For holiday events, it’s a great location to watch firework displays. King bed, views, patio with grill, outdoor fireplace and sunsets.

There are views of Lake Flower and its boat launch from the wrap around porch or patio. In the heart of the Adirondacks, and just 8 miles from Lake Placid, after hiking, boating, fishing, canoeing, or just exploring come home and relax in this spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a large kitchen, dining and living room or have a nice family cookout from the bbq.

My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.
