We have a fully equipped kitchen, but if you don't feel like cooking, one of Lake Placid's busiest restaurants is located right next door. There is in-floor heat in the bathroom, a full-size washer and dryer and the bedrooms have wall-mounted AC. You will have your own private deck with gas grill, and access to Mirror Lake. The property has its own private dock accessible for personal motor boat use and is equipped with a Canoe, 2 Kayaks, and Pedal Boat for guest use! 5 mins to Downtown Saranac Lake and 20 mins to Lake Placid. Come enjoy Tupper Lake and the Adirondacks in this year-round lakefront 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin on Little Wolf Pond. Situated right on the waters edge, the views will wash away all your stress. Steps down to the lake for swimming access. Or take out the canoe, 2 kayaks or 2 paddle boards and explore the grassy inlet to the pond, Little Wolf Beach, and the mountains poking up between the trees. July/Aug reservations are Saturday to Saturday only. Dogs are welcome, but must be on reservation

This cabin is camp to us and now a place for you to experience as well. 2 minutes by car or boat to the village of Saranac Lake. A newly remodeled waterfront camp that is private and has a sandy beach area for swimming. Located up river from Lake Flower and before you get into Oseetah. 22 miles of boating and water leisure on the Saranac Lakes and Kiwassa. 2 bedrooms and a sleeping porch sleeps 5 or 6. The camp is small but cozy. A fire pit at waters edge is a perfect end to the night.

Sunset Cottage is cleaned in compliance with CDC COVID-19 Lodging cleaning standards before you vacation there. Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Newly renovated interior with beautiful Adirondack decor.

The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.
