This 3 bedroom island apartment is a newly renovated space in the center of historic Dunmore Town that has been in my family for 5 generations. Overlooking the bay with a perfect view of the sunset from the living room and balcony. It is conveniently located near the main dock where you will arrive to the island by water taxi or seaplane. Conveniently located near the dock, pink sand beach, cafés, restaurants, and nightlife. The Elbow Room Bar is downstairs and is open Mon-Sat from 4pm-12am.

Fantastic views of the Atlantic and Caribbean Oceans. Great location less than 5 minutes from Governors Harbor the capital. Right near island's best beaches such; Twin Cove Beach and French Leave. We are located in the center of Spanish Wells, just a few steps away from our most beautiful 2 mile long beach and sparkling water, in the midst of stores and restaurants. You cant beat our location! Comes with a 4 seater golf cart and an outdoor gas grill. There are two spacious bedrooms with attached baths one on the main floor and one upstairs.
