Nestled in the heart of the Chiltern Hills, Applewood Cottage offers the perfect retreat for those looking to explore the surrounding areas of outstanding natural beauty. The house and it's surrounding areas are well situated for visiting cyclists, walkers and families who want a rural escape. Although the annexe has one bedroom, we can accommodate babies and small children. Please simply ask when booking. Pub in local village. A short drive to the Ashridge Estate and Whipsnade Zoo.

The Acorn - Detached, clean and quiet

Brand new detached house in an elevated position above a quiet rural lane. Great night skies and horses in the field next door. Outside sitting area and private parking. Lovely king sized double bed with views and high quality bedding. Local eggs provided for breakfast. The Acorn is in the heart of the village so it’s very easy to walk anywhere and find 2 great pubs. Detached chalet luxuriously appointed with smart TV with Netflix .silent ,good sized fridge, kettle ,toaster microwave,iron and board) comfortable king size bed with large bedside tables with plenty of clothes storage, and hanging space.there is a small table with chairs stored under the bed,so can be used for meals or a work space.we have a newly refurbished bathroom,with massive walk in shower..there is outdoor table and chairs to enjoy the afternoon sunshine.

The Hutch

The Hutch is a totally self contained, newly renovated annex attached to the back of our house. We are situated in the heart of the village, a short walk from a shop, cafe and the village pubs. We are only 13 miles from Cambridge, so perfect for anyone visiting or working in Cambridge or the surrounding area.

The Hideaway is a Brand New Annex in the grounds of my family home. Perfect as a business visit stopover, short-term accommodation or a holiday break. It can be used as one self contained annex or can be hired in two parts. Hideaway and Hideaway2 both listed. It can sleep a maximum of 5 people .
