Home of NBC, the "Price is Right", Warner Brothers, etc. 3 bdrm home as little as 5 min from the airport, 10 min from Universal studios, 15 min from Hollywood, and 25 min from DTLA. Down the street from live tapings, tours, and eclectic eateries.

This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.
