We are situated in a primo part of town, a 2 minute walk to Buffalo beach and the town centre. The ferry, local cafes and restaurants, an easy 5 min stroll. Across the road is Hula Cafe, fish and chips and the 4 Square. Popular tourist destinations Cathedral Cove and Hot Water Beach are a 30 minute drive from town. This listing is for a small upstairs studio.
