Cottage offers kitchen with a fridge which has a small freezer section, dishwasher, washing machine, cooking accessories, tea & coffee, dining table & chairs for four. Living area with comfortable seating & TV. Bedroom has a king size bed, space for single bed (upon request) and space for a cot (cots not provided). Bathroom with walk in shower & separate bath. Parking available on site.

You could easily reach Lincoln or Skegness for a Day trip and York is also only a 'good hour' away. It is an undiscovered corner of Britain, come and explore this quiet beautiful county.

Get ready to have a relaxing stay in our gorgeous & private cottage at The Wootton Hall Estate in North Lincolnshire. We are situated close to the M180 and we regularly host workers in Immingham, Scunthorpe, Barton, Elsham & Brigg for both short & longer stay periods. Mews Cottage is newly renovated, with 3 bedrooms sleeping 5 & its own hot tub in the garden, allowing you to relax amongst the peaceful & private grounds. The village pub is only a 5 minute walk away.

This super little cottage sit on the beautiful Saltmarshe estate near Howden, surrounded by around 100 acres of private parkland. It’s a wonderfully peaceful setting with riverside paths, woodland trails and Howden Marsh close by for quiet nature walks. The market town of Howden is just moments away (4.5miles), offering cafés, pubs and independent shops, while Beverley, with its impressive Minster and lively racecourse, is only a 30 minute drive away.

Due to running a business on the estate this cottage is only open strictlyto daytime workers out during the day, we cannot accept holiday makers here. Gatekeepers Cottage is a beautiful newly renovated home set privately in the 25 Acre grounds of the Wootton Hall Estate which is perfect for relaxing after work. We will need to verify that you are working/contracting in the area.
