Spa Serenity Cottage with Private Pool & Spa

This is a designer-furnished Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. Whale Beach Secluded Self Contained Spa Cottage

Modern cottage with natural light in quiet, private bush setting, bay windows overlooking fabulous Pittwater, decks, spa, fire pit, outdoor shower. Own entrance, privacy, inclinator access, street parking. Please note the cottage is small but outdoor areas are expansive. 10 min walk to Whale Beach, 30 min walk to Palm Beach, ferry and Avalon. Keoride service, picks up from property and drops you to Avalon, Newport, Mona Vale, Warriewood, same on return. By car everything is 5 - 10 minutes away.

Pool and light-filled upper floor 3 bedroom duplex

A very central location to enjoy all the spoils of the northern beaches. Manly Beach 10 minutes away. Relax by the 9m x 5m inground pool or on the deck barbecuing. Quiet cul de sac which leads down to Manly Dam's little known Mermaid pool. Manly Dam is only 2 streets away where you can swim in fresh water. End of street city buses restaurants, supermarket 2 minutes. Being close to the bush there's an abundance of wildlife in the garden with Cockatoos, Kookaburra's and Rosellas flying around.

Dining along Macleay St, Potts Point and Kings Cross. Only 15 min from famous Bondi beach and Watson bay. bus stop & train moments away.

Central three bedroom garden retreat

Light, spacious and tranquil, our house is less than ten minutes to Sydney CBD, and a few minutes walk to the Annandale café and restaurant hub. and Wayward brewery! We are central, but on a very quiet street. We also have two kids under 9; the toys are tidied away, but your kids are welcome to play with them if they want. The bunk bed is a King Single so reasonably roomy. Travel Cot also available if needed. Pool available October till March; packed away for Winter but swapped for Spa.

Garden guesthouse

Fully self contained one bedroom cottage close to transport, Parramatta CBD, restaurants, sporting venues, pubs and clubs via the new light rail. Only 6km from Homebush Olympic Precinct. A pretty garden setting with access to pool and outdoor entertaining areas. We have a sofa bed in the lounge room for extra accommodation and a portable cot on request. A fully provisioned laundry and kitchen with coffee maker and all glassware, plates, bowls, pots and pans. Towels and linen provided.

A peaceful garden Studio with private entrance and courtyard. Short walk to Collaroy Beach & rock pool, Long Reef Beach, Headland, Marine Park, cafes, restaurants, supermarket, clubs, a golf course & tennis courts. Bus stops to Manly, Palm Beach and Sydney CBD are a 10 min walk to Pittwater Rd. A private undercover area has a BBQ and daybed. The Studio includes separate kitchenette, laundry facilities and separate bathroom. Combined bedroom, dining and comfortable TV lounge space.
