Light and bright small self contained annex in a picturesque village setting. A short walk to two village pubs, and 5 minutes walk from the southdowns way, ideal for walkers and cyclists. 2 ½ miles from Petersfield town centre and mainline station to Waterloo. I am a huge believer in reuse and renew, doing whatever I can to help the beautiful environment we live in. Most of my furniture is salvaged or upcycled and functional. Bag transfer, dinner and packed lunches available upon prior request.

The Annexe is a light and airy bedroom and bathroom with sitting area and tea and coffee making facilities (and fridge). It has underfloor heating and plenty of clothes storage space. Patio and table and chairs if outside space is wanted. Train station is a seven minute walk. Parking space. Ten minute walk into the centre of Petersfield. Great for weekend breaks, business, weddings, events, walking or cycling trips.

Our lovely flat has been recently renovated and is ready for you to enjoy. Since January 2026 it also has a brand new washing machine. It is a self contained flat built above our garage in the building that used to be the old Coach House. Set in a quiet location on the northern edge of the South Downs National Park it is well placed for walking, many local attractions, and the lovely town of Petersfield.

小木屋取代了我們舊的棚屋。它與主住宅完全分開，可欣賞到南方丘陵的遠景。主區有一張超級加大雙人床（可分成兩張單人床），夾層有兩張單人床，可推在一起成為雙人床。Goodwood （賽車）、Midhurst （馬球）、Chichester （劇院）、South Downs Way （步行/山地自行車）都近在咫尺。

我們新建的現代化1床住宿，配有私人露臺，位於安靜的鄉村小巷，是完美的度假勝地！步行或騎自行車即可抵達美麗的南唐斯國家公園、奇切斯特港和風景如畫的漁村埃姆斯沃斯，當地有商店、酒吧和餐廳。 在前往倫敦的火車路線上，前往朴次茅斯的歷史船塢、奇切斯特的節日劇院和古德伍德賽道，以及威特靈斯的沙灘都很方便。

Little Barn是一個舒適、緊湊的獨立穀倉，坐落在奇切斯特附近的鄉村別墅內。 最多可供 4 人入住。 Little Barn設有設備精良的開放式廚房、客廳和用餐區域，配有燃木爐、現代化浴室、電視和WiFi。 舒適地依偎在池塘上觀看鴨子、天鵝和鵝，以及附近放牧的野鹿群。
